1) High-intensity micro-nano ladle thermal insulation castable with permanent layer
Light micro-nano thermal insulation castable, a patented production researched and developed by our company, is featured with good performance of high temperature resistance, high strength and good thermal insulation properties. The heat preservation effect that is used for ladle and high temperature furnace can last for a long time. Moreover, it can drops the shell temperature of ladle by more than 120℃, steelmaking temperature by more than 20℃ and the cooling rate of liquid steel is decreased, in which case, the stability of continuous casting and cast steel is improved, gas consumption is cut, steelmaking duration is shortened and electric energy and electrode consumption is saved; moreover, the life service of steel shell is lengthened, the degree of superheat of continuous casting liquid steel and peroxidation of liquid steel is decreased, and the yield of steel is increased, in which case, it gets obvious cost decreasing and benefit increasing.
2) RH lifting pipe of liquid steel
RH method, called as vacuum cycle degassing process, is an important external refining method. The refining furnace of RH method, called as RH furnace, is important equipment for refining special steel such as auto sheet, silicon steel, extreme low carbon steel for stamping sheet of stainless-steel household appliances and low nitrogen steel, etc. The company intended to cooperate with Japanese Kurosaki Harima Co., Ltd. to develop and bring in technologies about RH lifting pipes from Japan, and adjust and optimize them according environment such as domestic smelting conditions. Through one and half-year research, the company successfully developed RH lifting pipes (patent No.: ZL2015 2 0338340.5) suitable for production condition in China whose quality meets internationally leading level and it fills the domestic gap in the filed. RH lifting pipes of the company not only meet domestic production needs and pass the test of India JSW Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and TATA Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and gained high reputation.
3) Spherical rounded furnace liner of convertor at elbow
Converter steelmaking is an important link of steelmaking process, and the material selection, structure design and building quality may directly influence the service life of convertor, wherein, the design of spherical rounded furnace liner of convertor at elbow attaches the most importance. At present, most convertors in home are equipped with a cross bottom, with staggered bricks in surrounding which are zigzag. Moreover, the gap between bricks on the negative layer and bottom brick shall be filled with ramming mixture and the furnace bottom shall be fixed with ramming mixture. Because the building method with wall bricks pressing on the furnace bottom and blocking the rounded furnace bottom with bricks on the negative layer is adopted, a triangle gap exits between the bricks on the negative layer and rounded furnace. The gap between bricks on the negative layer and permanent layer shall be filled with ramming mixture. Through discussion, research, design and test, the company successfully designed new-type spherical rounded furnace liner of convertor at elbow (patent No.: ZL2015 2 0338340.5). The design greatly improves the service life of refractory materials and decreases consumption of refractory materials, which creates enormous value for the company.
